A dangerous driver called a senior judge an 'absolute helmet' and sarcastically thanked him after he was jailed for more than a year - and now could face a longer sentence.
Levi Cull pleaded guilty to a string of offences after crashing a Mercedes in Bolton. During a hearing at Bolton Crown Court today (Tuesday June 7) he was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment.
Prosecution barrister Harriet Lavin told the court that Cull, of Langshaw Walk, was spotted by a police officer at around 2.30pm on on March 21 of this year. The 25-year-old "attempted to duck his head" before turning down a side street away from police.
