Eight-time NBA All-Star Dwight Howard has relisted his sprawling Georgia estate for $14.5 million, making it the most expensive home currently on the market in the suburb, according to Mansion Global.

The retired NBA star first listed the property in January 2025 for $11.25 million, $3.25 million more than his asking price last year. The estate has now returned to the market at $14.5 million, giving Howard the potential to make a sizable profit on a property he bought for $8.8 million in 2016, according to PropertyShark records.
