In 2012, Robin Williams listed his 640-acre Napa estate for $35 million. It finally got sold for $18.1 million - two years after his death

High in the Mayacamas Mountains between Napa and Sonoma valleys, Robin Williams created something far removed from the typical celebrity mansion.

He called it Villa Sorriso, meaning “Villa of Smiles.”
