Vivek Banzal, Director (Consumer Fixed Access – CFA) on the BSNL Board and a 1987-batch telecom service officer with over 35 years of experience, was scheduled to visit Prayagraj on February 25–26. However, the trip was cancelled just a day before departure after a 21-point travel document detailing extensive arrangements for his stay surfaced on social media.
