Immigration experts concerned over delays in H-1B extension for Microsoft, Cognizant, Infosys: 'There has been no clarification'

Immigration attorneys Rahul Reddy and Emily Neumann expressed concern over some tech companies experiencing difficulties in getting H-1B extensions for their employees. Reddy said it is concerning as companies like Microsoft, Cognizant and Infosys employ a huge number of Indians, while Neumann pointed out that there has been no clarification or statement from the departments on this either. The USCIS is reportedly not honoring the premium processing timeline, the attorneys said in their latest weekly discussion.
