The CPCC has issued an urgent recall for bookends sold at TK Maxx due to health and safety concerns.
TX Maxx has previously sold the Yellow Orpiment Mineral Bookend to customers, typically used to keep books upright. It is understood there are four affected products within the Republic of Ireland.
The product poses a risk to customers due to its chemical content. There is a mineral present within the item that may cause harm if ingested or inhaled, including possible skin irritation.
