If you’re a daily player of the MLB guessing game known as Immaculate Grid — which is now powered by Baseball Reference — you know it can be tough to answer some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. So we’re here to try and help you. Let’s run down a few clues for some of the tougher parts of Monday’s offering:
Nationals who were Astros: This outfielder who’s part of a famous baseball family started with the Expos and was an All-Star with the Astros in three of his four years in Houston.
Rangers who were Astros: One of the all-time greatest pitchers in MLB history with the most strikeouts ever.
Nationals who won a Gold Glove: You could choose a former Expos catcher in the Hall of Fame who won a World Series in 1986. More recently, there was a Nationals third baseman in 2009.
