Ilkay Gundogan says Liverpool have played an incredible season after he led Manchester City to an incredible comeback on the final day of the season to secure the Premier League title.

City were 2-0 down and heading for second place, but substitute Gundogan pulled one back, before Rodri levelled, and then Gundogan completed a six-minute comeback that won the title for the Blues.

Liverpool beat Wolves to end on 92 points, and Gundogan was quick to praise and commiserate City's rivals immediately after full-time at the Etihad.
