Former Celtic striker Kelechi Iheanacho netted his fourth goal in four games for new club Bursaspor as he continued his impressive start to the season.

And his former flop teammate at Parkhead, Tomas Cvancara, could be set to try and revive his career with Danish champions Aarhus.

Nigerian striker Iheanacho left the Hoops when his deal expired at the end of the season despite netting some important goals for Martin O'Neill's side.

He moved to Turkish football with Bursaspor and has made a stunning start at his new club.

His weekend goal against Kayserispor meant he has now scored in every league game since signing for them.

Iheanacho netted in his three previous games too against Bodrum, Igdır FK and Fatih Karagumruk and the 29-year-old's goals have helped his new club win three out of their opening first four league games.

Meanwhile, Czech striker Cvancara may finally be about to end his Borussia Monchengladbach nightmare.

He was told he was fifth choice striker at the Bundesliga side after his return from an unsuccessful loan spell in Glasgow where he netted just two league goals for the Hoops before he suffered a torn adductor muscle in April.

However, he could be set for a move to Denmark to try and salvage a poor start to the season for Aarhus.

Despite their surprise league title last season, they have failed to win any of their opening four league games and were knocked out of both the Champions League and Europa League this term.

And they are set to try and lure the 26-year-old to Denmark on loan.
