If you're looking for ideas on how to mod your RTX 4060, maybe remove its fans and slap a ridiculously big heatsink on it like this person did

Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 card and box view.

There are many things that I would do to my graphics card—undervolt it, treasure it, sing it lullabies—but I probably wouldn't slap a gigantic heatsink on it just to eliminate the fan. Don't get me wrong, passive cooling is nice, but I'm glad I don't have to DIY it myself, creating the monstrosity I've just seen over on Chinese video platform Bilibili (check the top comment).

The mod, re-posted by FanlessTech and reported by Videocardz, is slapped on top of an RTX 4060 GPU, and according to Google's machine translation you can message the Bilibili user for the schematic if you so wish.
