Like the candle sconce, wall vases (or ‘wall pockets,’ as they were called during their Victorian peak) aren’t exactly new – but designers like Joanna Gaines and Shea McGee, alongside retailers like Anthropologie, are making the design trend feel that way with colorful, sometimes squiggly ceramics and sculptural brass arms.
