Tottenham boss Antonio Conte believes Liverpool and Manchester City still remain the teams to beat in the Premier League this season, despite Spurs' recent transfer dealings.
During his first summer in the White Hart Lane hot seat, the Italian has added Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Djed Spence and Clement Lenglet to his squad after a string of strong performances in the second half of last season saw his side beat north London rivals Arsenal to the fourth and final Champions League spot.
Those eye-catching performances by Spurs have left many tipping the Londoners to challenge Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola's side for the Premier League title ahead of the new season. However, speaking during his first pre-match press conference of the new campaign, the Italian was quick to play down any talk of going head-to-head with the Premier League's top two from last season.
