A light blue living room with a black-framed poster in the center of the wall above the beige leather sofa, with wooden flooring, a red metal-framed armchair and a plant in the corner on a stand.

There are days when it feels like your body arrives home before your mind does. You walk through the door, put down your bag, and begin moving through the familiar routines of home, yet your thoughts are still somewhere else, replaying a conversation, thinking about something you wish you'd said differently, running through tomorrow before today has even finished, or trying to remember the one thing you mustn't forget.
