Indian Energy Exchange shares fell 4% after the Supreme Court said it was not the appropriate stage to hear the company's case against market coupling and allowed the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission to proceed with framing regulations.
The court also clarified that it was not expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter.
