The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) is utilising marketing tactics at four of its industrial estates to attract more Thai and foreign investors.

New packages granting discounts on industrial land sales and exemptions pertaining to land rental and fees for the use of facilities on the estates for specific periods have been launched in the effort to attract more investment.
