The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have reported the successful interception of two suspicious aerial targets off the northern coast. Following the interception, sirens were activated due to the possibility of fallen shrapnel. The incident has since concluded, with no reports of damage or casualties.
Notably, sirens were heard in the city of Acre for the first time since December, indicating a rare occurrence of such alerts in the region.
In response to what Hezbollah described as Israeli aggression in the town of Adloun and the reported assassination of one of their members, Hezbollah launched an attack on the command headquarters of the Golan Brigade and the Eguz 621 unit near Acre.
Prior to this incident, Hezbollah confirmed the death of a senior operative, Hussein Ali Azkul. The IDF stated that Azkul was a significant terrorist operative within Hezbollah's Aerial Defense Unit in southern Lebanon.
Despite the attack by Hezbollah, there have been no reports of damage or casualties resulting from the incident. The situation remains under close monitoring by relevant authorities.
