The Israel Defense Forces have refuted claims of their involvement in the burials at the third mass grave discovered inside the Al-Shifa hospital complex. In a statement, the IDF categorically denied any role in burying Palestinian bodies at the site.
The IDF stated, 'The claim that the IDF buried Palestinian bodies is baseless and unfounded.' They further explained that Hamas, a designated terrorist organization, has been using the hospital complex as a stronghold for their operations. The IDF accused Hamas of repeatedly choosing to operate from within civilian infrastructure, such as hospitals, in an attempt to shield themselves from retaliation.
