'Iconic' Glasgow bar to close its doors after 60 years

AN "iconic" city centre bar will close next month after 60 years.

Bosses at The Admiral Bar, on Waterloo Street, have announced the pub will close on Saturday, March 11 due to "site redevelopment".

A post on social media said the decision to close has been a "difficult and traumatic time" for those impacted.
