A popular city centre dessert bar is opening their third branch this time in the north of the city after the success of the other two stores.
Scoopz located on West Nicolson Street in the city centre have announced they are once again expanding after opening a Dunfermline store back in 2017 which has been extremely popular.
The dessert shop shared the exciting news on their Facebook page writing: "breaking news - Scoopz is expanding - our 3rd Franchised store will open in July. Follow our facebook page Scoopz Granton for updates. Store location and open date will be revealed soon."

The owners later disclosed the new location to be 128 West Granton Road and that the opening date for the new store would be revealed soon.
The popular ice cream parlour has been a hot spot in Southside for over ten years and is always busy, offering all sorts of sweet treats including ice-cream milkshakes, pick n mix, tango ice blasts, biscotti cheesecake and many more delicious desserts.
The stylish deep purple interior and comfortable couches along with the central location makes it a great pit stop while out exploring the city or an ideal afternoon treat after browsing the nearby Nicholson Street charity shops.
Describing the business on their website those behind the Edinburgh chain explained: "Scoopz combines a mouthwatering range of desserts with a huge selection of pick & mix jellies and classic jar sweets.
"Our dessert menu includes award winning ice-cream, sundaes, waffles and crepes. Scoopz's famous milkshake range includes a mind-blowing 500+ potential combinations allowing you to truly customise your milkshake.
Adding: "Make Scoopz a stop on your day eating out as an after-meal treat or simply indulge your sweet tooth when you visit us."
