Iceland has launched a special half term initiative to help families' budgets go further during February half term.
Customers who receive free school meal vouchers through the Government scheme can use them at all Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores over the half term in an effort to help families during the cost of living crisis. Additionally, Iceland customers can also scan their Bonus Card when redeeming their vouchers, allowing them to receive £2 on their Bonus Card for every £15 voucher they spend.
The promotion will begin today (Monday, February 13) and run until Friday, February 24. Eligible customers will receive a £15 voucher per child for the half term week from their schools or local councils. These can be converted into an Iceland gift card via the supplier's portal, allowing the customer to choose which supermarket they would like to spend their vouchers in.

Richard Walker, executive chairman at Iceland, said: "Supporting families continues to be a high priority for Iceland. Times are especially tough right now, with grocery price inflation recently hitting a record 16.7%, adding a potential £788 to annual shopping bills.
"With this in mind, we're keen to help ease pressures on families during the half term period, through not only providing additional value to this excellent Government scheme, but also reminding and encouraging families to use these vouchers over the break."
Iceland has also launched two bundles, which are both priced at under £16. Each one saves shoppers up to £3 and includes a dozen products such as chicken nuggets, fish fingers, mixed vegetables and sliced bread.
