ICE agents to use painful electric shock gloves on detainees

  • US Immigration and Customs Enforcement aims to spend up to $20 million buying electric shock gloves to use on detainees.
  • Manufactured by Compliant Technologies, the devices, known as G.L.O.V.E., deliver a sharp electric shock directly to the skin when activated by an agent.
