NEW DELHI: The ICC Cricket Committee is trying to give bowlers "a little more leeway on wides" because the present rule is "very strict on them," especially when hitters make last-minute movements, according to South African legend Shaun Pollock.
In both ODIs and T20Is, hitters travel late over the crease to disrupt the line and lengths of bowlers, which results in wides.
