You may recognise Welsh wildlife presenter Iolo Williams on Springwatch, Autumnwatch, and his own show Iolo's Pembrokeshire. However, you might not recognise or expect to see him as a drag queen.
Iolo ditched his practical walking clothes for a stunning purple dress, heavy makeup, and a flowing red wig to raise money for the charity the Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal. During the night in Llanfair Caereinion in Powys he also sported a purple, pink and blue leopard print swimming costume, all while in heels.
The wildlife presenter spoke about why he donned the look. He said: "We all know people who have suffered from cancer, I've got a couple of friends from way back who died of cancer, so I am lucky, touch wood so far, cancer free and its the least you can do."
Iolo did also reveal that the heels were easily the worst and most painful part of the look. He said while laughing: "I wouldn't say it was fun, it was very uncomfortable. I've still got the scars over my toes, my ankles and toes are bruised...I wouldn't recommend wearing high heels to anyone."
It took Iolo an hour and a half to transform into his look, with his makeup done for him. Since posting photos of himself in drag on Twitter Iolo has received a lot of reaction with people praising him.
One said: "Well done, hope you raised loads for a good cause" and another added: "You deserve every penny donated. Congratulations on getting the shoes on too"
A third said: "Well done. Looking great" followed by clapping hands emojis and: "Ohhh yes! The colour suits!". Another said: "Yikes! Well done Iolo, it's all for a great cause".
Iolo said he found the replies to his Tweets "funny", he said: "The hope was, two things, to raise the profile of Lingen Davies and also hopefully to make people laugh." You can donate to the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund here.
