Throughout the summer holidays, Rochelle Humes has been standing in for Holly Willoughby on ITV’s This Morning, presenting alongside the likes of Vernon Kay and Andi Peters. And for each episode appearance, I’ve found myself rushing to her stylist’s Instagram to see where to buy her exact outfits.
While the former The Saturdays singer typically wears a neutral colour palette, when I spotted her in this incredible lime green dress, I knew I needed it in my own wardrobe.
The slinky outfit had been styled by fashion editor and ITV stylist Amber Jackson, who revealed where to buy the look . Fans rushed to the comments to compliment Rochelle’s summery attire, including This Morning regular Lisa Snowdon, who said it was ‘gorgeous’.

Even Rochelle joked to her 2.2 million followers: “Breaking news…I’m not wearing beige!” - and while the 33-year-old does look stunning in sands and creams, lime is SO her shade.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve found myself searching Rochelle and Amber’s pages early to see what the star is wearing - and it appears I’m not the only one, with Melissalatham24 commenting: “Is it wrong I get excited every morning to see what she’s wearing, I literally wait for the post.”
The dress is the Satin Skirt Sleeveless Rib Knit Mix Midi Dress from Karen Millen, and has recently been reduced from £129 to £103.20 in the summer sale. It combines a slinky ribbed roll-neck top and flowing satin midi skirt for a minimalist monochrome look.
At the time of ordering, the size small was out of stock, so I opted for medium, which is around a size 12. It’s a size up from my typical dress size, however, I was glad of the extra room and it still fit really well.
The dress is designed to look like a top and a skirt, with a self-coloured utility belt to tie it all together. What I love about the design is that it's showstopping enough to wear with heels for events, dinners and weddings, but can be made more casual by switching to trainers and adding your own belt.
While I needed a little bit of assistance getting into the dress as I didn’t want to get makeup on the neck, once it’s on, there’s a concealed side zip which then offers a slimming and chic silhouette.
It’s extremely comfortable to wear, leaving arms totally free so you can wear it even on the warmest of days. Meanwhile, the skirt - while fitted - has a beautiful fluidity to it, cut on the bias so the fabric falls really nicely.
I wore this dress out to dinner with my boyfriend at the Hilton Garden Inn, and from the moment I put it on, I didn’t want to take it off. The colour is incredible, I love the fabric contrast, the cut and the quality of the piece. It’s already washed, dried and in my suitcase ready for my family holiday, and it’s going to be my guest dress for my friend’s wedding later this year too. Essentially any excuse I get to wear this piece - I will.
The Karen Millen dress comes in sizes XS to L, currently in stock in all sizes, and is also available in black if lime green isn’t your shade. Originally priced at £129, the dress was reduced to £103 in the sale, however shoppers can get an additional 15 per cent off with the code EXTRA at the checkout, taking the price down to just £87.72, saving more than £40 on the retail price.
