A close friend of a woman found dead in her home has claimed the suspect told her he had been “dreaming” and thought he may have killed her.
Ioana Mihaela, 30, originally from Romania, was discovered dead in her bed in an apartment in Ratoath, Co Meath, on Saturday evening.
Gardai are understood to be investigating whether she was killed by a man known to her – who last night remained under arrest over her death.
