Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai fame actor, Rohitashav Gour was in Lucknow recently to attend a local event. The actor had an interactive session at a university and also met a few aspiring actors. While sharing about the interaction session, he said, “The session with the youngsters in the city was really interesting. There were so many of them who aspired to be actors and had so many queries for me. Many students asked me about acting not being a money-making profession. They had so many questions regarding acting being a stable career.”
Having been working since the era of Doordarshan (formerly DD1), Rohitashav believes his role as Mukundilal in Lapataganj gave him the fame and success that he always desired. “It was very popular and it made me realize that I have made a mark. Later, Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hai gave me another level of success. It made me popular and a household name. It is interesting to note that even though the show has completed seven years and the main female leads have changed, I am surprised that the audience still shows the same love.”
