'I will never let you play' - Ex-Rangers ace Kent issued brutal Mourinho warning

Ryan Kent has reportedly been issued a savage warning by Jose Mourinho.

The former Rangers winger is thought to have held personal talks with the Fenerbahce manager after he refused to leave the club in the summer transfer window.

Kent - who still has three years left on his contract in Turkiye - did not leave the Super Lig club in the summer window despite reported interest from European clubs.

The winger, 27, left Rangers as a free agent to join Fenerbahce but has only played 19 times for the club since signing a four-year deal.

This season, Kent has only featured once for Fenerbahce - in a 4-3 win over FC Lugano in Champions League qualifying, he was on the bench for the second leg.

Since then, Kent has not been part of any of Fenerbahce's matchday squads under Mourinho.

And according to Yeni Safak Mourinho's patience with Kent is running thin and has reached the point where he will he will not play the player again at Fenerbahce.

It's claimed the manager held talks with Kent and stated the player would not be involved in his plans at Fenerbahce.

The outlet claims Mourinho felt forced to take action and hold discussions with Kent over his attitude towards a transfer exit.

Earlier this month, it was reported Kent had turned down the chance to return to Scotland alongside a host of interested clubs in England.

It's claimed that his representatives are attempting to terminate his contract at Fenerbahce, as he has no interest in moving to Saudi Arabia either.
