A woman's house viewing has left thousands in stitches over signs from a party the night before.
Katie Elliott was being shown round the three-bed pad in search for a new place to live with her two friends - but was shocked to find one of the current residents still sleeping on a sofa surrounded by booze.
The mess in the living room was the least of Katie's concerns as the estate agent breezed through to the next room, likely mortified about the oblivious tenant.
