A man has gone from mowing lawns to becoming a millionaire in just 16 months thanks to YouTube tutorials that taught him a new craft. Reno Davis, 22, was a gardener in Miami, Florida, earning himself just over £650 a week but he always longed to pry for himself away from the tough physical labour of gardening.
Desperate for change, Reno found a path to working for himself when he stumbled on the world of wholesale real estate.
Just 16 months on and he is set to bank his first million after landing some huge deals in his first year on the job.
