'I watched your DVD' - Bruno Guimaraes' brilliant response to Alan Shearer after Norwich chip

Bruno Guimaraes Alan Shearer Newcastle Magpies Eddie Howe

Bruno Guimaraes' brilliant response to Alan Shearer shows how the Brazilian has bought into life at St. James' Park. The midfielder has been a revelation since joining Newcastle in January and has chipped in with four goals during his short stint at the club.

A wonderful finish at Southampton, backed up by two goals against Leicester City were the standard before today's game at Carrow Road. Guimaraes showed his quality with a deft lob over former Newcastle stopper Tim Krul - perhaps the best finish of his goals so far.

Shearer tweeted the midfielder, praising his finish against the Canaries, and Guimaraes has responded brilliantly to the Magpies legend. The midfielder replied: "I watched your DVD boss."
