'I was misdiagnosed with Crohn's disease for years - now I have months left to live'

A mum-of-two has been given 14 months to live, after a shocking bowel cancer diagnosis. Alex Jamieson was rushed to hospital after she started getting severe pains and after an emergency operation, surgeons discovered the truth.

“They took us into a room and I assumed they were going to tell me I could go home as I’d been there a few weeks recovering. They told me it was bowel cancer.
