An ex-offender who was struggling after leaving prison has spoken about how he was helped into a job by a North East organisation.
The Recruitment Junction is a recruitment agency for ex-offenders, that sees people become role models for their families and the wider community, and also highlights the skillsets of people with convictions to employers who might not have considered this as a viable talent pool until now.
