
Working remotely sounds romantic until you’re trying to finish a deadline from a narrow train table or a café where the Wi-Fi drops out every 20 minutes.
Over the past five years, I’ve travelled the world while working remotely across six continents, writing, editing and taking calls from everywhere from long-haul flights to tiny little neighbourhood coffee shops. Along the way, I’ve learned that successful remote work isn’t a case of having the most gear, but about having the right gear.
