I tried to recreate TikTok's viral overnight Weetabix 'cheesecake'

Baked oats are so last year... in 2022, it’s all about ‘overnight Weetabix’.

It’s the latest recipe going viral on TikTok, following the likes of baked feta pasta and 15-hour potatoes.

The hashtag has already seen videos rack up 19,6million views over the last few weeks - with ‘Weetabix cheesecake’ adding another quarter of a million.
