You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these tasty frozen ice creams.
In recent years I've been avoiding dairy as much as possible and I've managed to make such a difference to my overall gut health and nutritional intake- but the need for something sweet is absolutely essential as part of my diet still.
Now, we all still need to feel like we are having those chocolate fixes in one way or another, and Magnum have the most perfect vegan alternative.
The Vegan Magnum Mini Classic is made with creamy, dreamy Madagascan vanilla ice cream enrobed in Magnum vegan cracking chocolate for those who like traditional flavours.
Pea protein is the unusual ingredient that helps bring Magnum ice cream to life, creating a plant-based ice cream that has a stunning flavour profile with a silky smooth texture.
From the sustainably sourced West African cocoa used in the cracking chocolate certified by The Rainforest Alliance, to the high-quality Madagascan vanilla and Californian almonds, Magnum’s plant-based core range have all been awarded the PETA Vegan Food Award.
You can pick up the new Magnum mini vegan range at your local supermarkets including Tesco and Sainsburys- and online at the likes of Ocado.
You can pick up a pack of 6 for £3.50.
Initially, I thought that a vegan ice cream would lack flavour but I was SO quickly mistaken.
In comparison to a non vegan Magnum, the new almond vegan flavour I would say is even creamier.
The texture, the taste and even the chocolate coating- everything tastes just as good as the original collection.
And for the sea salt caramel flavour- they are insane.
I have a massive sweet tooth so I would look for ANY reason to believe they aren't sweet or moreish enough- but these two flavours absolutely are.
I also love that they are mini- it's a little indulgence that goes a long way!
