Starbucks has sent fans into a frenzy with their newest drink release. But you’ll have to be quick if you want to try it, as it’s only around for two weeks.
The Forget-Me-Not Frappuccino launched in stores on April 14 ahead of the bank holiday weekend, but will only be available until April 29. Newfoodsuk shared a snap of the new drink , which comes with a reusable cup, which has racked up more than 800 comments from excited Starbies customers.
One customer said: “I neeeeeed to try it,” while another added: “This looks yummy!”

The Frappuccino consists of ‘sweet orange with creamy vanilla notes’, topped with an orange and vanilla whip. The limited edition beverage is served in a colourful cup that can get you money off your future orders.
I tried the new Forget-Me-Not Frappuccino at Manchester Piccadilly Station where it set me back £5.15. The drink is only available in a grande size, and includes the price of the cup.
But, if you order around 20 drinks with Starbucks in the future, this drink and cup both pay for themselves. That’s because the drink is encouraging customers to use fewer single use plastics, also adding a 5p charge to paper and single use cups.
The cup comes with a domed lid, and should come with a reusable green straw. Mine didn’t come with the reusable straw, but I have plenty of bamboo and metal straws at home, so I didn’t mind. It’s got a vibrant design that’s perfect for summer, and ideal for picnics or just enjoying your Frappuccino in the park.
Personally, I love when coffee shops bring out a non-coffee based limited edition drink. My go-to order is a caramel cream Frappuccino, so I had high hopes for this orange and vanilla creation.
The drink itself is light in colour, creamy in texture and delicious in flavour. The orange is subtle but sweet, just enough to taste it, while the vanilla makes it universally likeable.
It really didn’t take long for me to drink this refreshing milkshake-style drink, so much so I considered asking for another - which I’d have paid £4.90 for with my reusable cup. I didn’t, but I’m sure I’ll head back to Starbucks to get one before it leaves the menu in a fortnight.
While I was sat in Starbucks, I saw another four people order the very same drink, so it’s already proving popular.
The Forget-Me-Not Frappuccino is also available to order online, and is the first drink to be exclusively sold in a reusable format, meaning that even when you order on Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, the special edition iced drink will still come in the reusable cup.
