This was always going to be an easy review given I've never had a pizza I didn't like. It's hard to argue with doughy bread, melted cheese, fresh tomato sauce and pineapple. As divisive as it is, pineapple is absolutely made for pizza.
Earlier this week, Oscar and Rosie's was revealed as Nottingham's best pizza, according to Tripadvisor. It beat off strong competition from Pizzamisu and Happy Dough Lucky who also do an incredible slice.
Obviously, being an embarrassed connoisseur of takeaway pizza, I was always going to have to try it. I had only ever sat in the restaurant in Stoney street when I've had Oscar and Rosie's before so ordering through takeaway would be a different experience for me.
