Bubble Brunch is a new experience for the foodies of Dublin to enjoy, located in the heart of the city.
The Morgan Hotel on Fleet Street in Temple Bar is where you'll find this foodie delight, with some added touches that will secure its inclusion on the list of a social media savvy's dining recommendations. Bubble Brunch costs €30 and includes a cocktail, a main course and a dessert. What makes it a 'bubble' brunch is the range of fizzy cocktails available, as well as the show-stopping surprise you get when your drinks arrive.
Before dining, you will be treated to your choice of cocktail. I went for the Bubbletini (passionfruit, vanilla vodka, elderflower and a shot of prosecco). It's no regular cocktail. Your server will arrive with most of the cocktail made, your shot of prosecco (non-alcoholic or otherwise), and a funny looking gun contraption, which is actually a bubble machine.

They will create a bubble on top of your cocktail and pop it with the shot of prosecco, making smoke bellow from the top of your drink for the ultimate TikTok friendly moment. While the cocktail was more than aesthetic, it tasted rather nice as well.
Soon after, our main courses arrived. I opted for brunch classic Buttermilk Chicken and Waffles, which was pretty decent, consisting of crispy chicken, a sweet waffle, a fried egg and a flavourful red sauce on top. Other mains on the menu include Tempura Prawn and Nduja Tacos, Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes, Shashuka and Smashed Turkey and Frittata Burger.
With the option of enjoying another cocktail or a sweet treat, we opted for the full experience and ordered dessert. For my sweet tooth, the House-Baked Raspberry Cheesecake was going to be the thing to satisfy it.
Garnished in pieces of meringue, biscuit and fruit, it was a real treat. Other desserts on offer at Bubble Brunch include the Homemade Vegan Chocolate Brownie and the Morgan Mess (pistachio meringue, vanilla whipped cream, strawberries, raspberry coulis, berry salsa and honey glazed hazelnuts).
For €30, we think the Bubble Brunch is worth the coin you're spending on it. The menu is full of brunch favourites that will fill you up, the cocktail is a photo-worthy experience in itself and the surroundings are rather elegant with chic furnishings and features such as a ceiling mirror, ambient hanging lights, large round dining tables and comfortable seating.
