After years of working at a desk, and ignoring advice to "sit up straight" even though I know I should, my back and shoulders are not what they once were.
I also took up running again as a New Year's resolution, and suffice to say at the tender age of 33, I am currently not without my fair share of aches and pains. I book in for a massage when I can afford to, but I'd always fancied a massage gun.
That is, until I saw the prices of some of them. I did my online research and the best rated ones came in at over £200. Even the best "budget" ones were around the £100 mark.
