I Treated Friendship Like a Wellness Habit for Two Months—It Changed My Mental Health More Than I Expected

Health freelancer Anna Bartter treating friendship as a wellness habit: at a concert, at a bar, and with friends.

It's official: friendships make us healthier. Physically, emotionally and in all the ways, having a good group of friends can - quite literally - save your life. Trust me: I've learned this the hard way.
