Let's face it, no matter how much you enjoy your job, the stresses and anxieties of the nine to five can start to wear you down after a while. Whether it's long, boring meetings, thankless tasks or demanding deadlines, all of us have had moments where we could just do with a break from the office.
So, when I was asked to spend a day travelling through the stunning Welsh countryside, by myself, with all my time my own, I jumped at the opportunity. The only catch? I was taking a four-hour bus journey to a town 90 miles away.
