I’ve had a ChatGPT Plus subscription since the day it launched. For years, it was the first tab I opened every morning. I relied on it to bounce around ideas, outline drafts and troubleshoot daily problems. It was my undisputed default. And while ChatGPT has far more features than ever, it still falls short sometimes.

I can't pinpoint exactly when I found myself organically reaching for Gemini more than ChatGPT, but I've noticed Google's AI works best when I need to get practical work done.
