Amazon Prime Day is finally here and anyone following our Amazon Prime Day gaming deals live blog will be well aware that my job today has been scrolling through the trenches that are the sales to pick out the best ones and save our readers some time. However, after looking at practically every single gaming deal available on the site multiple times over, I've managed to pick out the three very best must-see deals in my opinion.

3. PS5 God of War Ragnorok bundle
One of the best Amazon Prime Day gaming deals today has been the price cut we've seen on the PS5 God of War Ragnorok bundle which brings the console, as well as one of the best games of last year to a combined total of £453.99. When buying these goodies separately it would usually come to £539.99 making this a fantastic saving. This is the lowest price we have ever seen this bundle be reduced to so be sure to pick it up if you're considering getting your hands on a PS5.
For those who are yet to upgrade to the current generation of consoles or others like myself who are looking to dip their toes into PlayStation for the first time, this is a great deal and allows you to hop on the Sony train for much less. This is also a disc edition of the console meaning you're not limited to the more pricey digital edition of games after picking it up.
2. Xbox Series S refurbished console
Coming in at a close second is the Xbox Series S deal which brings a certified refurbished edition of the unit down to just £49.99 from its usual £229.99. This means you can literally pick up an Xbox, with warranty, for less than £150 making for an absolute bargain worth taking advantage of. Again, this is the lowest price we have ever seen for the Xbox Series S, so this is worth taking advantage of if you're eagerly anticipating some of the biggest games of this year Xbox are dropping in the next six months.
This console is digital only unlike the PS5 above, meaning you will be limited to picking up digital games through the Xbox store. If you're hoping to share discs or buy secondhand titles then this might not be suitable for you. However, you do get the benefit of having the option of Xbox Game Pass, which gives you access to hundreds of games for a monthly fee.
