Shoppers in Stirling were subjected to abuse during a “frightening” anti-vaccination rally that saw hundreds protesters make their way through the city in an “unauthorised procession” at the weekend, it has been claimed.
The event was organised to support calls for an end to Covid restrictions and vaccine passports.
Protesters gathered at the city’s Kings Park on Saturday before making their way towards the city centre where a section of activists, understood to have been around 200, broke away from the main rally and entered the Thistles shopping centre.
