Anthropic's Claude isn't the shiny new kid on the AI block anymore; it's now one of the MVPs, right up there with ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Each bot brings something different to the desk: ChatGPT is the creative one, great for writing and brainstorming; Perplexity acts like your research assistant, extracting real-time, source-backed info; and Claude has been hailed as the thoughtful one, Socratic almost.
Its the model that's best at breaking down complex ideas and reasoning through multi-step problems. It's also known for its calm, well-structed responses that feel a little more like talking to a careful analyst than a chatbot.
So I decided to put the claim to the test. Can Claude's Sonnet 4.5 really think its way through my prompts, or does it just sound convincing while doing it?
