Greg Docherty knows all about what Rangers will be getting if they do a deal to sign Ivor Pandur.
The Croatian goalkeeper looks to be Ibrox-bound from Hull City, with Jack Butland moving in the opposite direction, as Derek McInnes targets his new No.1.
Former Rangers midfielder Docherty was teammates with the 26-year-old for six months after he was signed from Fortuna Sittard and before the Scot moved on to Charlton Athletic.
It took Pandur time to settle and get into the Hull team but he impressed with his performances in training and his professionalism. And people still at the club rave about his progress since.
“Ivor came in just before I left. They brought him in from Holland," Docherty told the Daily Record.

“So it took him a bit of time to adjust and get into the team, but training with him everyday you could see he was a very good goalkeeper.
“It was no surprise to see him go on and become the No. 1at Hull.
“Ivor is a top professional up there with the best I’ve seen as well as being a top guy. You also don’t get into the Croatia national team squad unless you’re a talented goalkeeper.
“So I really hope it works out for him at Rangers, if they manage to get the deal over the line.
“The Hull lads I still speak to say great things about him and he was a massive part in getting them promoted this year obviously.
“That say a lot about Pandur as a person and a goalkeeper.”
