A mum has defended her choice to employ a full-time nanny despite being at home all day - saying it gives her the "energy and patience" to be the best parent she can be.
Jen Miller, 35 - who is a full-time stay-at-home mum to her two-year-old daughter, Liberty - opted to hire a nanny for extra support during the day. She credits the help for allowing her time and space to focus on her self-care routine and gym workouts while her little girl is looked after.
Jen - who is married to Grant, 39, the founder and CEO of a software business - from Austin, Texas, US, recognises that she is in an extremely fortunate position to manage her household the way she does.
