I'm A Celebrity trial 'not off to a great start' as Babatunde and Boy George drop stars

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! stars Boy George and Babatúndé Aléshé weren't off to a 'great start' as they dropped stars during the Bushtucker Trial.

In the first look of the trial, Chris Moyles, Boy George, and Babatúndé were placed in wooden boxes that were on top of each other.

Chris was at the bottom while Babatúndé was at the top.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Bushtucker Trial without creepy crawlies and snakes added into the mix.

The clip from tonight's episode shows Culture Club star Boy George unscrewing gold stars while chanting and sliding them through a slot toward Babatúndé.

However, things didn't go to plan as Gogglebox star Babatúndé accidentally dropped the star.

Watching from the sidelines, Ant said: "Not a good start," while Dec added: "Not a great start."

Chris can be heard questioning himself on his decision to wear shorts while Boy George continues to chant.

"Careful George, there are snakes in there," Ant told the singer as he unscrewed more stars to earn a meal for the camp.

It comes after viewers celebrated when Matt Hancock wasn't chosen for yet another trial.

The politician recently took part in his sixth trial since entering the main camp but viewers at home started to get bored.

On Monday night, fans were relieved when Boy George, Chris, and Babatúndé were chosen to take part in Angel of Agony.

In a shock twist, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly revealed "it's not you," as they faced Hancock, leaving the Backbench MP rather relieved.

Following the news, fans have flocked to social media to share their relief, with one writing: " Finally not Matt for the trial thank f**k #ImACeleb."

While a second commented: "FINALLY hallelujah Matt is NOT doing a trial, who'd have thought!? #imaceleb."

"So glad it’s not Matt was a bit boring seeing him do all the trials plus the rest [of the] campmates are too comfortable, want to see them not eat tomorrow when boy George doesn’t win any stars want to see some angry ppl with hunger #imaceleb [sic]," tweeted a third.

Before a fourth added: "Thank god. New people doing trials on #ImACeleb fed up of 'the Matt Hancock show' hopefully he gets chucked out first."
