Radio X host Chris Moyles and singer Boy George have a history from before they ended up as camp mates in ITV's I'm A Celebrity.
The pair met through Chris' girlfriend Tiffany Austin, who also works as Boy George's manager. Tiffany has been Boy George’s day-to-day manager since 2018 and has been dating radio host Chris Moyles since 2015, so over the years Chris and Boy George have met and become friends.
The pair are now in the jungle together for I'm A Celebrity, alongside camp mates including Matt Hancock, Mike Tindall, Babatunde Aleshe, Jill Scott and Sue Cleaver amongst others.
Chris and Boy George are thought to be such close pals that Boy George even called Chris and Tiffany when he came home and found that his alarm was going off.
Speaking about the incident whilst appearing on The Chris Moyles Show George said: "I came home one night and the alarm was off, so I was freaking out.
"Chris and Tiff turned up and Chris went in first. I was like, "I’m not going in there." He went in, looked around. There was no one in there. It was fine. I would’ve stayed outside all night."
Chris has also hinted at a friendship between the pair when he described how girlfriend Tiffany did shopping for musician Boy George.
Chris explained: "My girlfriend works with George. There was a lovely moment where we dropped shopping to his house.
"As I’m carrying it up his driveway to his front door I said to Tiff, "When I watched Top of the Pops years ago, never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be bringing Boy George his shopping."
"But then as I walked in the first thing George said was, "I can’t believe Chris Moyles is bringing my shopping in, I’d never have thought it.""
Boy George and Chris Moyles teamed up in a Bushtucker Trial alongside camp mate Babatunde Aleshe, but all three failed to retrieve any stars and get food for starving camp mates.
