Helen Flanagan was supported as she revealed she faced her fear over the weekend.
The I'm A Celebrity star split with her partner, Scott Sinclair, last year. The two share three children together and Helen regularly shares insight from her family life on Instagram.
She took to the social media platform and revealed she was home alone as the children were enjoying a day out with the Bristol Rovers footballer. Helen said it was the first time she has confronted an empty house as she usually uses this time to travel to London to get "drunk with friends".

She said: "I felt like it was time though to face being in my family house on my own which is something I’ve put off for a very long time as I didn’t want to feel sad. But sometimes I suppose you’ve just got to feel stuff and it’s ok to cry."
Helen said she wanted to show this to be honest with her followers. She said: "I wanted to share this because sometimes we scroll on Instagram and things can look perfect but in reality some things are just S**t … also I have a big following of other mums and women that will relate to me and I love that I’ve built a supportive network of women.
"Anyway here’s some snaps from my weekend. Me and angel didn’t want to get out my dressing gown and binge ate Colin the caterpillar cake … honestly Matilda begged me for Guinea pigs and all I do is clean up Guinea pig poo x anyway bring on the week. My house has never been so immaculate."
She was praised by her celebrity friends and followers.
Carol Vorderman said: "Woo hoo."
Georgia May Foote added: "Love you for being so real."
Laura Anderson commented: "Well done angel big step doing that and for sharing"
